Morgantown Euro-Suites Hotel locked in a special rate of $109 per night for our reunion, but they are suffering from technology limitations. Their new system will not allow them to book blocked rooms until we are within a six-month window of the reservation. So if you call now, a reservation clerk cannot book you at that special rate. But after January 10, 2025, you will be able to get our special rate. Their system will also then allow them to create a link for booking rooms online with our special rate. They apologized for not knowing this information in advance. We were the first group to request a block of rooms so far in advance.

Morgantown Euro-Suites Hotel (501 Chestnut Ridge Road) has provided a rate of $109 a night for our block of rooms for the reunion. Morgantown Euro-Suites Hotel is located within walking distance of our Friday and Saturday reunion venues. Hampton Inn and Residence Inn by Marriott are also within walking distance of the venues and are options if you are a points person with Hilton or Marriott, respectively.
